Join our walking only training program!   Walk Strong is a walking program designed specifically for those who want to take their first steps toward a more healthy, active lifestyle. No previous exercise experience is required!  The program concludes with participants walking their first 5K (3.1 mile) race!

Regular exercise boosts energy, improves mood, reduces stress, improves sleep, improves flexibility and balance, increases bone mass and muscle mass, improves circulation, helps with weight management, and reduces risks of chronic disease. If you're ready to reap the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle, Walk Strong is for you!


Participants Receive: Detailed weekly training schedule, supportive and encouraging coaches, weekly coached practices, information sessions about nutrition, stretching, where to walk, and proper gear, weekly motivational and educational emails, instant friends and great camaraderie, team technical t-shirt

Program Start: Week of Sept 16
Program Schedule: Tuesdays at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 8:30 AM
Goal Race: Veterans Salute 5k or Hot To Trot 5k
Program Fee: 8 week program - $85; 11 week program - $105
Description: This walking-only training program is perfect for beginners looking to take their first steps towards a healthy lifestyle. Signing-up is the hardest part - but if you do that, we will be with you the rest of the way...and even make it FUN! Join us for a Q&A session on Thursday, Sept 5 & 12 at 5:30pm.
