Join our walking only training program! WalkFIT is a 10-week walking program designed specifically for those who want to take their first steps toward a more healthy, active lifestyle. No previous exercise experience is required! The program concludes with participants walking their first 5K (3.1 mile) race, the Hot to Trot 5k!
