Get into shape with our NO BOUNDARIES™ training program! The benefits of exercise are many, with the most important being: improved cardiovascular health, improved bone health, improved mood and better coordination. Sign up today to run or walk your first 5K and commit to making a life change.
The training scheduled is structured to help you cross the finish line of your first 5K in 10 weeks. The program focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome. Along the way we’ll be providing you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you.
Participants Receive: Detailed weekly training schedule, guidance and advice from experienced coaches, weekly group training runs, information sessions about proper running form, hydration, nutrition, etc., technical t-shirt
Fleet Feet Knoxville Session (Begins 3/1)
Q&A Session: Thurs. February 11, 2016 at 5:30pm. This open-to-all discussion will be followed by a FREE Group Training Walk/Run at 6:00pm
Kick Off Week: Join us the week before the first training session to prepare for the program.
- Gear Up Night/Orientation, Tue Feb 23 at 6:30 PM (Earn 1.5x Personal Reward Points during Gear Up Night!)
- Good Form Running Clinic, Thurs Feb 25 at 5:30 PM
Workouts: Tues and Thurs at 6:00 PM starting March 1
Target Race: Run for the Deaf 5k, Sat. May 7, 2016
