Go the distance with Fleet Feet Knoxville! Our 10 mile to half marathon training program is designed to help you achieve your long distance running goals in a positive and fun group atmosphere, all while pushing you to become stronger and faster. To train for the 10 mile program you should be able to run 3-4 miles and for the half marathon program you should currently be running 5-6 miles.

2017 Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon

Program participants receive: A complete Training Program and calendar with detailed workouts, weekly coach led training session with hydration provided, series of seminars on topics such as injury prevention, nutrition, and stretching, weekly e-mail from the coach with tips, advice and motivation/encouragement, e-mail support – the coach will answer individual questions regarding training and running related issues, weekly group runs, technical fiber shirt.

Program Start: Week of August 26
Program Schedule: Tuesday at 6:00 PM & Saturday at 7:00 AM
Goal Race: Cades Cove Loop Lope, Secret City Half Marathon or Santa Hustle Half Marathon
Program Fee: 10 week program - $100; 12 week program - $120; 16 week program - $160

To join the training program, you should currently be running 5-6 miles comfortably. Join us for a Q&A session on Thursday, Aug 15 & 22 at 5:30pm.
