Next Steps Training Program

Train for the Butterfly Dash & Bash 10k!


The goal of the Next Steps training program is to help beginner runners complete their first 10K or intermediate runners achieve their 10K time goal. This is a great Next Step for participants in our current No Boundaries Begin to Run program. The program is designed for people currently running 20 minutes comfortably.

Program participants receive: Detailed weekly training schedule, weekly coach led training session with hydration provided, series of seminars on topics such as injury prevention, nutrition, and stretching, weekly e-mail from the coach with tips, advice and motivation/encouragement, e-mail support – the coach will answer individual questions regarding training and running related issues, weekly Group Runs available from Fleet Feet Sports, technical fiber shirt.

Program Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 PM
Goal Race: Butterfly Dash & Bash 10k
Program Fee: $85 excluding race fee
Description: Continue your running journey with our Next Steps training program! This 8-week training program is designed to teach you more advanced running techniques and help you beat your previous personal records and set new goals for yourself. Join us for a Q&A session on Thursday, June 6 at 5:30pm.
