Description: Train with Fleet Feet Knoxville for a half marathon! Runners must be comfortably running 5 to 6 miles comfortably.

Description: SpeedPlay is a weekly coached track workout designed to help you increase your speed. It is recommended that Speedplay participants have at least one year of experience running or run/walking.

Triathlon 201 - Olympic Distance or Open Water Sprint More Info »

Program Start: Week of July 11th
Program Schedule: Wednesday morning coached swim session at 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM and Saturday morning brick session at 7:00 AM (may be reschduled due to weather)
Goal Race: Anchor Splash Sprint Triathlon
Program Fee: $150 (does not include race fee)
Description: You have done the sprint triathlons and are looking for a new challenge. This program is for the athlete wanting to try a longer distance triathlon, improve individual skills, and learn open water swim techniques. The goal of the program will be to complete an olympic distance or open water sprint distance triathlon. This is a 10 week program for the intermediate triathlete. You should be able to comfortably run a 5K to begin this program.

Triathlon 301 - Half Iron-Distance More Info »

Program Schedule: Wednesday morning coached swim session at 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM and Saturday morning brick session at 7:00 AM (may be reschduled due to weather)
Goal Race: IRONMAN 70.3 Augusta
Program Fee: $200 (excluding race entry)
Description: Are you ready to take on the Half Iron Distance (1.2 mile swim, 52 mile bike, 13.1 mile run) in Triathlon? You have completed an olympic distance triathlon and are ready to jump to the next level. Taking on this distance requires the time to train; peak week plan on 12 - 15 hours of training. This program is for the athlete wanting to train longer distances and improve individual skills. This is a 12 week program for the intermediate triathlete. You should be able to comfortably swim .5 miles, bike 25 miles and run 6 miles to begin this program

Program Schedule: Sunday Swim, Bike, Run workout at 4:30 PM
Goal Race: Springbrook Sprint Triathlon
Program Fee: $95 excluding race fee
Description: The goal of the program will be for an athlete to complete a sprint distance triathlon. This is an 8 week program for the novice triathlete. You should be able to comfortably run 20 minutes to begin this program.

Description: The Year Pass was a hit in 2015 so we're bringing it back for 2016. We wanted a way to reward and thank our loyal training program participants by offering a greatest training value ever, plus it's a great way to keep moving and stay motivated with us throughout the year. There are 3 options for a Year Pass: Year Running Pass, Year Triathlon Pass - Beginner/Intermediate, and Year Triathlon Pass - Advanced.
