Walk Fit 5k

Join our walking only training program!   WalkFIT is a 10-week walking program designed specifically for those who want to take their first steps toward a more healthy, active lifestyle. No previous exercise experience is required!  The program concludes with participants walking their first 5K (3.1 mile) race!

No Boundaries 5k

Get into shape with our NO BOUNDARIES™ training program sponsored by New Balance! Next Steps 10K

The goal of the Next Steps training program is to help beginner runners complete their first 10K or intermediate runners achieve their 10K time goal. This is a great Next Step for participants in our current No Boundaries Begin to Run program. The program is designed for people currently running 20 minutes comfortably.
