Garmin SwimGarmin Swim

Garmin's latest addition to its fitness based product line is the Garmin Swim. Made solely to track, what else...swimming! The Swim uses accelerometer technology enabling the swimmer to track distance, strokes, stroke type, average pace, time and much more. And, the Swim's thin design and lightweight body won't slow you down by creating drag. The Swim has 6 buttons allow you to view many functions including time of day, timer, the menu and allows you to begin your workout. After that, all you have to do is enter the size of the pool (in meters or yards) and you're off! Using their USB ANT technology, the device allows you to wirelessly upload your workout data to their Garmin Connect site on the web so you can crunch those numbers.

Garmin Forerunner 10 Garmin 10

Garmin has also released the Garmin Forerunner 10 - created for the runner who wants the data but wants to keep it simple. The 10 helps keep you on track so you can reach your goals by monitoring time, pace, distance, and calories during your run. Use the virtual pacer to push you closer to your goals and then check your progress by viewing previous runs right on the watch. Using their award winning GPS technology, you'll get the data to see where you've been. Upload your data, post it on their website and share data with your training buddies. We really love all the colors and we are excited that Garmin is bringing fun to number crunching. Come by the store to check them out today!
