Get into shape with our NO BOUNDARIES™ training program sponsored by New Balance!
The program is designed to get you off the couch and to complete your first 5K. Here are some of the highlights
and the benefits:
detailed weekly training schedule
guidance and advice from experienced coaches
weekly group training runs
information sessions about proper running form, hydration, nutrition, etc.
New Balance technical t-shirt and special gift for all finishers
Post Race Celebration
Our goal race will be the Run for Deaf 5K on May 2, 2009. Training week 1 for the program starts Mon, Feb 16th
with the first group training session held on Tues, Feb 17th. To sign up or learn more attend one of the
orientation meetings.
Orientation Meetings
– Mon, Feb 9th at 6:00pm or
– Thur, Feb 12th at 5:00pm
Program Fee: $75 for new participants and $50 for alumni
Note: the program fee does not include the race registration fee.

Next Steps Training Program (10K Distance):
The goal of the Next Steps training program is to help beginner runners complete
their first 10K or intermediate runners achieve their 10K time goal. This is a great
Next Steps program for participants in our current No Boundaries Begin to Run program.
The program is designed for people currently running 20 minutes comfortably. Goal race:
12-week program for the Strawberry Plains 10K on February 14, 2009
Training week 1 for the Next Steps program starts Mon, Nov 24th. To sign up or learn more attend
one of the orientation meetings.
Long Distance Training Program (10Mile or 1/2 Marathon Distance):
The goal of the Long Distance training program is to help runners
achieve their long distance running goals in a positive and fun group atmosphere.
The program is designed for people currently running 3 to 5 miles comfortably.
Choose one of the following programs with goal races:
12-week program for the Cahlouns 10-Miler on Janunary 24, 2009
15-week program for the Strawberry Plains Half Marathon on February 14, 2009
Training week 1 for both Long Distance programs starts Mon, Nov 3rd. To sign up or learn more attend
one of the orientation meetings.
Program participants receive:

A complete 12-week or 15-week Training Program and calendar with detailed workouts
●
Weekly coach led training session with hydration provided
●
Series of seminars on topics such as injury prevention, nutrition, and stretching
●
Weekly e-mail from the coach with tips, advice and motivation/encouragement
●
E-mail support – the coach will answer individual questions regarding training and running related issues
●
Weekly Group Runs available from Fleet Feet Sports
●
Technical fiber shirt & water bottle – valued at $30
