Running & Walking Groups


Come join us for our weekly runs/walks. This is a great way to meet new people and training partners. Liquid refreshments provided for all group runs/walks. Call us at the store or email us for more information.


Tuesday Morning Track Workout
When: every Tuesday at 6:00am
Where: meets at Farragut High School track
Who: all levels welcome
Distance: self timed
This group is for anyone who would like to work on their speed or interested in changing up their workouts. There is a short warm-up, followed by varying intervals, then a cool-down.
Please note that the Tuesday morning track work out is on hiatus for the summer.

Tuesday Night Run/Walk Group
When: every Tuesday at 6:00pm
Where: starts from the store
Who: mostly for beginner run/walk, but all levels welcome
Distance: 30 minutes
We will run/walk from the store to various locations (greenway and/or neighborhoods) for about 30 minutes.

Wednesday Night Run Group
When: every Wednesday at 5:00pm
Where: starts from the store
Who: pace run
Distance: 30 to 60 minutes
We will run from the store to various locations (greenway and/or neighborhoods) from 30 minutes up to an hour.

Thursday Night Run Group
When: every Thursday at 6:00pm
Where: starts from the store
Who: all levels welcome
Distance: 30 to 60 minutes
We will run from the store to various locations (greenway and/or neighborhoods) from 30 minutes up to an hour.

Sunday Morning Trail Group
When: every Sunday at 8:30am
Where: Concord Park
Who: all levels welcome
Distance: 30 to 60 minutes
We will run on either the Concord Park or Haw Ridge trails for 30 minutes up to an hour.
Please contact the store to know which trail location we will be running that week.
