No Boundaries Begin to Run Training Program

Challenge yourself to complete a 5K!

Get into shape with our NO BOUNDARIES™ training program sponsored by New Balance!   The program is designed to get you off the couch and to complete your first 5K. Here are some of the highlights and the benefits:

    12 week training schedule
    guidance and advice from experienced coaches
    weekly group training runs
    information sessions about proper running form, hydration, nutrition, etc.
    New Balance technical gear (t-shirt, hat, socks, and more)

Our goal race will be the Baptist Turkey Trot 5K in Nov. Training week 1 for the program starts Mon, Sept 1st with the first group training session held on Tues, Sept 2nd. To sign up or learn more attend one of the orientation meetings.

   – Thur, Aug 21st at 5:00pm or
   – Mon, Aug 25th at 6:00pm

Program Fee: $75

Triathlon 201 Training Program - Olympic Distance Triathlon

About the program

You have finished a sprint triathlon and are ready for the next step
    . . . a longer distance race with an open water swim.
You know it will be a daunting challenge but you are not sure whether you can go the distance or swim in open water. This training program can help. The goal of the program will be for an athlete to complete the Tri Fall Creek Falls Triathlon on Aug 17th.

Program participants receive:
      A complete 12 week training schedule and calendar with
        detailed workouts
      Weekly training session led by a USA Triathlon Certified coach
      Open water swim training sessions
      Weekly e-mail from the coach with tips, advice and motivation/encouragement
      E-mail support – the coach will answer individual questions regarding training
        and running related issues
      Technical fiber shirt & water bottle – valued at $30

Each training session will focus on a different phase of training, from swimming to transitioning. To participate you will need at a minimum, running/walking shoes, bicycle, helmet, and a willing mind and body. We'll supply you with the knowledge to complete an olympic distance triathlon.

Training week 1 for the program starts Mon, May 26th with the first group training session to be held later that week. To sign up or learn more attend one of the orientation meetings.
