Join us for an educational night on myofascial release and self massage! Rolling your muscles with a foam roller, stick, or ball is a great way to help your body recover after a hard workout and stay injury free. On Thursday, TriggerPoint will be joining us for our Open Group Run/Walk to show us some techniques we can use in our own training. Ari, our visiting TriggerPoint expert, will be here starting at 5 pm to answer questions and work with you one-on-one. At 7 pm after the run/walk, he will lead a clinic on how to use TriggerPoint. We'll cover different techniques to use with a foam roller, stick or ball to help you find the method that works best for you.
A limited selection of demo products will be available on a first-come-first serve basis. We recommend taking advantage of our 20% off TriggerPoint sale and purchasing a foam roller, stick, or ball ahead of time to participate in the clinic.
