Fall Training Programs
Have you always wanted to run but didn't know where to start?
Are you looking to take your running to the next level?
Have you always wanted to run a longer distance?

If you answered yes, then one of our training programs can help you realize your goals.
No Boundaries - Begin to Run 5K Training Program:
The program is structured to help you cross the finish line of your
first 5K. Along the way we'll give you the information and coaching
you need to motivate you and keep you moving, so that even after the
race, fitness remains an important part of your daily routine.
This is a 12-week training program with the goal race of Hot to Trot 5K on Thanksgiving Day.
Training starts Sept 6th. For more information attend the Orientation Meeting at the store on
Thurs, Sept 1st at 5:30pm
Next Steps 10K Training Program:
The program is aimed at providing you a structured approach to improving your endurance and distance.
The goal of this program is to take someone who is
currently running 20 minutes comfortably and help them finish a
10K. Consider this your Next Steps after completing our No
Boundaries Begin to Run training program. This is a 12-week
training program with the goal race of Hot to Trot 10K on Thanksgiving Day.
Training starts Sept 6th. For more information attend the Orientation Meeting at the store on
Thurs, Aug 25th at 5:30pm
Long Distance - Half Marathon Training Program:
The goal of the program is to take someone who is currently running 6 miles and help them finish a half
marathon. This is a 12-week training program with the goal race of Secret City Half Marathon in November.
Training starts Aug 30th. For more information attend the Orientation Meeting at the store on
Thurs, Aug 25th at 5:3c0pm

Group Run/Walk
Looking for someone to run or walk with? We have plenty of options at Fleet Feet. Don't miss the fun!!
Everyone is welcome at our runs/walks. All you have to do is show up. See you this week!
