Long Distance Training Program

- Half Marathon Distance


Are you're looking to . . .
    - take your running to the next level,
    - achieve a race distance you've never run before, or
    - have others to run with as you train . . .
 our Long Distance training program starts next week!


The goal of the program is to take someone who is currently running 6 miles and help them finish a half marathon. Our goal race is the Women's Half Marathon in Nashville in September. This can be your goal race or choose another long race around the same time, the training program is open to everyone.

Looking for someone to run or walk with? We have plenty of options at Fleet Feet. Don't miss the fun!! Everyone is welcome at our runs/walks. All you have to do is show up. See you this week!

   ■  Tuesdays at 6:00am
   ■  Wednesdays at 6:00pm
   ■  Thursdays at 6:00pm
   ■  Sundays at 8:30am
