our Long Distance training program
starts next week!
The goal of the program is to take someone
who is currently running 6 miles and help them finish a half
marathon. Our goal race is the Women's Half
Marathon in Nashville in September. This can be
your goal race or choose another long race around the same time, the
training program is open to everyone.

Everyone is welcome at our runs/walks. All you have to do is show up. See you this week!

■ Thursdays at 6:00pm
■ Sundays at 8:30am
